[BUG] MAX 20x Subscription de-authed mid-session, now says no subscription

What's Wrong?

v2.1.42

Mid-session the api response starting saying session max and to come back in 5 hours. /usage says I have no subscription all of the sudden.

My session is not maxed in the Claude app, but my weekly utilization is showing 99%.

I already had Extra Usage enabled and $69 in credits.

I have tried logout/login several times.

.claude.json says "hasAvailableSubscription": false.
