[FEATURE] Max 20x subscription and usage limits

Problem Statement

I'm a Max 20x subscriber working on a long-running project. The weekly limit sometimes runs out days before it resets, and work stops completely. I already used my "Reset for free" ticket last month, and there is no way to get another one. Other AI subscriptions I use give more reset credits (I currently have two unused ones elsewhere), so the Max plan feels much less flexible for heavy users.

Proposed Solution

• Grant Max 20x subscribers reset tickets regularly (e.g., one per month or per billing cycle), not just once.
• Show the number of remaining reset tickets and when the next one is granted (Settings → Usage, and /usage in the CLI).
• Optionally let unused tickets carry over for a short time.

Alternative Solutions

Buying extra usage works, but a predictable monthly reset ticket would be simpler and fairer for subscribers who only occasionally hit the weekly limit.
