Feature Request: Display Max subscription usage limits in CLI

As a Max subscriber, I would like to see my subscription's remaining usage limits (rate limits) displayed in the Claude Code terminal.

Current behavior:

• Shows context window usage (e.g., 75.0k/200k)
• Shows API cost (not relevant for Max subscribers)

Requested feature:

• Display Max subscription's remaining daily/hourly message limits
• Show warning when approaching rate limits BEFORE hitting them
• Make the cost display optional or replace it with subscription limit info for Max/Pro users

This would help Max subscribers better manage their usage and avoid unexpected rate limit errors.
