Feature Request: Display Claude Max/Pro subscription rate limits in status line

Currently, Claude Code's status line can show context window usage, session costs, and model info. However, Claude
Max/Pro subscribers cannot see their actual usage limits that are visible on the Claude web interface:

• "Current session" (Resets in X min, X% used)
• "Weekly limits - All models" (Resets in X hr, X% used)
• "Weekly limits - Sonnet only" (Resets Sun, X% used)

Request: Please expose these subscription rate-limit metrics via the status line JSON input, so users can monitor
their remaining quota directly in Claude Code without switching to the web interface.

This would greatly improve the CLI experience for Max/Pro subscribers who want to pace their usage throughout the
day/week.
