[BUG] Max 20x subscription silently showing as Pro — backend account sync issue

What's Wrong?
My Claude Max 20x subscription is not being reflected on my account. Despite a successful payment (dated May 26, 2026), my account displays Pro-level access and I am being rate-limited at Pro usage limits. This started on June 10, 2026. Anthropic support (Fin AI Agent) has confirmed this is a backend account sync issue beyond client-side fixes.
What Should Happen?
Account should reflect Max 20x plan with 20x usage limits, as the invoice is paid and confirmed.
Error Messages/Logs
No error messages. Account silently shows Pro plan in Settings → Billing despite paid Max 20x invoice.
Steps to Reproduce
- Upgraded from Pro to Max 20x on May 26, 2026
- Account worked fine initially
- On June 10, 2026 account reverted to showing Pro plan
- Tried: logout/login, cache clear, multiple browsers, mobile device — none worked

This is a billing/account sync issue on claude.ai, not a Claude Code bug. Reporting here as directed by Anthropic's support agent (Fin AI Agent) via email.
- Max 20x invoice dated: May 26, 2026 (status: Paid)
- Issue started: June 10, 2026
- Max plan expiry: June 26, 2026
- All client-side fixes attempted: logout/login, cache clear, multiple browsers, mobile
- Anthropic support confirmed this is a backend account sync issue
