What's Wrong?

Claude Code in the Desktop App on Windows says "Out of Extra Usage" and will not let me type anything in the chat box. I do not have any extra usage but I do have normal usage left on my Max 5x plan so extra usage shouldn't even be kicking in. On my plan, I have 80% of my 5 hour window and 8% of my weekly quota remaining, with 9 hours left until the weekly reset. Here is a screenshot of both the message and the usage. The other Usage screens in settings and on Claude.ai show the same quota numbers. I've tried a new session, restarting the app, changing models, etc. Nothing fixes it. I opened a support chat where the AI admitted it was a likely bug in the quota enforcement but then abruptly ended the chat without a resolution. I opened a second chat and it told me to report a bug here. I would like a credit for the usage this bug is preventing me from accessing, nothing more.

What Should Happen?

It should let me use the plan usage and not even be looking at my extra usage yet.
