Crashed ultrareview consumed a free credit despite producing zero findings

Ran /ultrareview on a branch (6 files, 2185 insertions). The remote review crashed with:

{"error":"Review crashed before producing findings. See session logs for details."}

No findings were produced, but the free credit counter still decremented (the next launch showed "Free ultrareview 2 of 3"). Requesting the credit be restored since the review failed server-side rather than completing.
