[Feature Request] Add toggleable live usage quota display in terminal

Question

**Bug Description**
I think users could benefit from a toggleable "/" command that can enable/disable the current usage quota from showing on top. A common thing is that I either need it pulled out on my phone constantly refreshing to see how much quota my currently running tasks are costing, or a separate tab on my browser. Having the option to just have the quota update live in the terminal with a toggleable choice would be a really nice quality-of-life change.
