Feature Request

What: Make per-turn prompt suggestions a toggleable option rather than hardcoded to first-turn-only.

Context: The old behavior (grayed-out prompt suggestions appearing after every Claude response, not just the first turn) was valuable for fast-paced workflows — e.g., meeting note closeouts where quick accept-or-replace replies keep momentum. At some point (around v2.1.61–2.1.62), this was changed to first-turn-only.

Proposal: Add a setting like CLAUDE_CODE_PROMPT_SUGGESTION_MODE=every-turn (or a /config toggle) that users can opt into, with a note that it increases API usage. The current first-turn-only default is fine, but power users who are aware of the cost tradeoff should be able to restore the per-turn behavior.

Current version: 2.1.80
Platform: Linux (Ubuntu 24.04)
