[BUG] Claude Code in Desktop - No way to TURN OFF Prompt Suggestions

What's Wrong?

Claude Code just started adding ghost Prompt Suggestions to the text input field after every action. I HATE IT. It's very presumptuous of Anthropic to assume Claude is going to know what to do next in every case. In fact, it goes completely against the entire Human-AI workflow. I've tried every workaround. There is no config setting. Strings added to settings.jason or claude.md are ignored. Claude isn't even aware it's doing this. TERRIBLE UX.

What Should Happen?

There should be a toggle or config setting to disable this!

This bug has been reported and closed over and over. LISTEN TO YOUR USERS. Add a disable option for this very intrusive and unwanted feature asap.
