[Feature Request] Add toggleable mouseReporting/captureClipboardKeys option to resolve terminal conflicts

Bug Description
Since Claude Code enables mouse reporting mode, right-click events are captured before reaching my terminal emulator, which already handles right-click paste natively. This results in a double paste. Please add a config option (e.g. mouseReporting: false or captureClipboardKeys: false) so I can disable it and keep consistent paste behavior across all my tools.
