[Feature Request] Add quota percentage display to status line API

Bug Description
Günlük/haftalık kota yüzdesi (plan limitinin ne kadar kullanıldığı) henüz status line API'sine eklenmemiş. Bu bilgiyi
şu an sadece /cost komutunu yazarak görebilirsin.
