[Feature Request] Improve feedback prompt UX to prevent accidental misratings during numerical responses

**Bug Description**
dude, when I have to answer with a number to a question and at the same time the fucking feedback about how is claude doing is asked I sometimes say 1 (bad) when the claude is working so good. I think that this could make your data bad. Please, change the way that you ask for how's doing claude because the last 5 times I said bad and had 1 second to cancel it. It's really bothering. Thank you
