[Feature Request] Add confirmation prompt to /clear command to prevent accidental data loss

Bug Description
/clear should require a confirmation prompt before executing. Accidental clicks in the slash command menu can wipe an entire conversation with no undo. A simple: 'Are you sure?' would prevent data loss.
