Prevent Accidental Undo/Revert in PowerShell with Safeguard Mechanism

Bug Description
I have run into this too many times because I am acidenatly hitting CTLR+Z. When I do this in Windows PowerShell it seems there is no way to recover so now I LOST a HUGE pile of data and I don't know how to get back to where I was. Please make this actually harder to have happen, such as add another modifier to it the keypress combo please.
