[FEATURE] Turn off [Ctrl]+[C]+[C] to prevent accidental ending of sessions

Problem Statement

Using Claude Code CLI inside of my editor. [Ctrl]+[C] in that context means _only_ copy, not close. I've lost a few long/in-depth sessions because of this. From what I understand, it is hard coded

Proposed Solution

Add a setting to change the keyboard shortcut, or to disable it completely.
