[Feature Request] Separate interactive prompts to prevent accidental input misrouting between task questions and feedback prompts

Bug Description
often claude code asks a question regarding the whatever it is im working on in the format: should i do 1. ..., 2. ...., and so on. at the same time your feedback prompt appears saying how is claude doing: 1. bad, 2. ..., and so on. I enter 1 to answer the orginal question and endup giving feedback accidently then i need to undo it, etc. please fix this.
