[BUG] Max 20x plan charged ($200) but account shows as Free — no activation

What's Wrong?

Paid $200 for Max 20x plan on May 3, 2026. Payment was successfully charged (Invoice No: 8ZKTTXKN-0022, amount: $200.00, remaining: $0.00), but account still shows as Free plan. Plan was never activated.

Contacted support via in-app chat. Fin AI Agent confirmed the charge exists and that the correct email (avialtsin@gmail.com) is being used, but could not activate the plan. Escalated to human review — no response for 7+ days.

What Should Happen?

Account should show Max 20x plan with full access after successful payment.

Error Messages/Logs

No error message. Account silently remains on Free plan despite paid invoice visible in Settings > Billing.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Purchase Max 20x plan on claude.ai
  2. Payment is charged successfully — invoice shows Paid
  3. Log into claude.ai with the same email used for purchase
  4. Account shows Free plan in Settings > Billing
