[BUG] UI overlap issue with the desktop app toolbar icons on Windows 11 with Hebrew language settings.

What's Wrong?

In the Desktop UI, the close, fullscreen and the minimize icons in the toolbar are overlapping with other icons ( I guess the icons are show menu, search button and back and forth )

What Should Happen?

Desktop app toolbar icons should not overlap.
