What's Wrong?

Platform: Windows 11, Hebrew/RTL locale
App: Claude Code Desktop

Bug: Window control buttons (close/minimize/maximize) move to the
left side due to RTL locale, overlapping the app's UI controls
(sidebar toggle etc.), making them inaccessible.

Expected: Window controls should not overlap app UI elements.

What Should Happen?
