[BUG] Claude Desktop (Windows): Navigation buttons overlap with OS window controls in Hebrew (RTL) display language

What's Wrong?

Running Claude Desktop on Windows 11 with Hebrew set as the system display language (RTL layout).

In RTL mode, Windows places the system window controls (Minimize, Maximize, Close) in the top-left corner. Claude Desktop also places its internal navigation buttons (sidebar toggle, search, back/forward arrows) in the top-left corner. This creates a direct physical overlap, making Claude's navigation buttons completely unclickable.

Environment:

• OS: Windows 11 (Hebrew / RTL display language)
• App: Claude Desktop (latest version)

What Should Happen?

Claude Desktop should detect the RTL system layout and adjust its internal toolbar spacing so that its navigation buttons do not overlap with the OS-level window controls.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Windows 11 system display language to Hebrew (or any RTL language)
2. Open Claude Desktop
3. Observe the top-left corner — OS window controls and app navigation buttons overlap
4. Try clicking Claude's navigation buttons — they are blocked by the OS controls
