[Bug] Remote Control unavailable despite Max plan subscription on v2.1.128

Bug Description
Remote control is no longer available to me. I'm on version 2.1.128 and pay for the Max plan so it should be available to me. claude remote-control returns "Error: Remote Control is not yet enabled for your account." I've reached out to support online but received no reply. Please address ASAP, its a critical feature for me.
