Remote Control unavailable despite Max subscription

Bug Description

claude remote-control returns "Remote Control is not yet available on your plan" despite having an active Max subscription.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Confirm Max subscription via claude auth status — shows "subscriptionType": "max"
2. Run claude remote-control
3. Get error: "Remote Control is not yet available on your plan."

Also tried:

• Logging out and back in (claude auth logout → /login)
• Confirmed on latest version

Expected Behavior

Remote Control should be available for Max plan subscribers.

Environment Info

• Platform: macOS (darwin)
• Version: 2.1.59
• Auth method: claude.ai
• Subscription: Max
