What's Wrong?
Hi there. When I download the claude app on my mac or pc it does not sync with my max account. I have tried the troubleshooting steps, made sure everything is configured properly and working well, and nothing seems to be resolving the issue. Please help.
What Should Happen?
I should be able to log into the claude app on mac and windows and have access to my current max plan account, not see a new account view.

Open desktop app, sign in the same was as browser.
