[BUG] App for macOS doesn't quit from macOS's app switcher

Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
Claude can't be quit from macOS's system app switcher (via Command+Tab, highlighting the app, and pressing Command+Q).
The app does not respond to this shortcut under any conditions. It is the only app on my Mac that acts this way.
What Should Happen?
The Claude app should immediately stop running. (This is the standard behavior for all apps on the operating system.)
