[Feature Request] OAuth account switching doesn't work; add account switcher UI

Bug Description
when logging in to switch accounts, the switch accounts link on the oauth page doesn't work (brings you to the dashbaord for where you're logged in). Would also be great to just be able to switch between accounts (personal and work).
