[BUG] claude code cli can not quit

What's Wrong?

when the claude code start a backgroud bash task like start a npm vite, it can't be kill any more, it happens when the api is error

What Should Happen?

Unable to connect to API (ConnectionRefused)
Retrying in 9 seconds… (attempt 7/10)
