[Bug] claude-in-chrome MCP connection failure after Chrome force quit and system memory error

Bug Description
chrome extension not connecting with mcp but it was connecting before. laptop had a memory filled error and was prompted to force quit chrome. I did and now extension does not connect by mcp claude-in-chrome. But I can access the extension in my browser.
