[FEATURE] Ask user whether to compact or quit

Problem Statement

Autocompact often triggers right as I reach the end of a conversation, which wastes a lot of tokens for no reason.

Proposed Solution

I would like to be given the chance to just end the conversation instead. Not as in turning off autocompact completely, but rather simply being asked first, so I can decide then and there.

Alternative Solutions

I have no idea what other options there are. I suppose being able to turn off autocompact altogether would work, since I can then just manually compact if necessary.
