Cannot delete Routines from Claude desktop app sidebar on Windows

Description:
Routines created in Claude Code desktop app (Windows 11) cannot be deleted. Neither right-clicking the routine name nor hovering to reveal a "..." menu produces a delete option. The routines appear in the sidebar with their schedule badges (Daily/Weekly) but there is no accessible deletion path in the UI.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Claude desktop app on Windows 11
2. View Routines section in left sidebar
3. Hover over a Routine — no "..." or delete icon appears
4. Right-click a Routine — no context menu appears

Expected: A delete or remove option accessible from the sidebar or from within the Routine view.

Actual: No deletion UI available. Routines persist indefinitely with no removal path.
