[BUG] Routines disappeared from Chat sidebar after updating to v1.5354.0

What's Wrong?

Description

After updating Claude Code to v1.5354.0, the Routines section has disappeared
from the Chat sidebar. It was visible in the previous version.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Update Claude Code to v1.5354.0
2. Open the Chat sidebar
3. Routines section is no longer visible

Expected Behavior

Routines should appear in the Chat sidebar as they did before the update.

Actual Behavior

Routines are missing from the Chat sidebar after updating to v1.5354.0.

Environment

• Claude Code version: v1.5354.0
• OS: Windows 11 Home Single Language 10.0.26200
• Platform: Desktop app

Additional Context

This appears to be a regression introduced in v1.5354.0. Previously, Routines
were accessible directly from the Chat sidebar.

What Should Happen?

Should be able to set any Routines on side bar
