[BUG] Ultra-Review Failing

What's Wrong?

• Both failed session URLs (session_01AQhm3UzJoC8tse8JiiRP2e and session_01FhDWne92kC26DhdWSzXUWX)
• Note: same diff, two consecutive failures (1 free + 1 paid)
• Note: diff includes binary TTF files in frontend/src/assets/fonts/ — possible parser issue
• Ask for refund of both the free slot AND the paid slot

What Should Happen?

Review should pass and give the output, my free and paid both credits wasted

Steps to Reproduce

For the bug report on the failing /ultrareview, here's a clear reproduction recipe based on what we observed:

1. Be on a branch with these characteristics:

• 6+ commits beyond main
• ~48 files changed, ~3,290 insertions, ~2,633 deletions
• Includes binary files — specifically two TTF font files at frontend/src/assets/fonts/PublicSans-VariableFont_wght.ttf and PublicSans-Italic-VariableFont_wght.ttf (added in commit d304889)

1. Run /ultrareview (no args, defaults to current branch → main)
2. Wait for completion (~5–10 min)
