[BUG] Billing: $100 Max 5x gift card credit disappeared — no support response after 3 tickets

What's Wrong?
I redeemed a Max 5x gift card while my subscription had an overdue invoice. The $100 credit appeared on my Billing page but was never applied to subscription renewal. I paid $80 by card to clear the invoice. The credit then disappeared completely.
Three support tickets submitted — none received a human response:

What Should Happen?
Max 5x gift card should extend subscription by one month as documented. The $100 credit should not disappear without being applied.
Error Messages/Logs
No error messages. Credit silently disappeared from Billing page
Steps to Reproduce
- Have an active Max 5x subscription
- Miss a renewal payment (overdue invoice)
- Redeem a Max 5x gift card
- Observe: credit appears on Billing page but does not apply to the overdue invoice
- Pay overdue invoice by card ($80)
- Credit disappears from account
