[BUG] Billing broken, overbooked my credit card

What's Wrong?

instead of 10$ your billing kept on billing 4 times till limit reached, ignoring the 3d auth fully
also credit card data cannot be removed.
no human support accessable
I want my money back

What Should Happen?

return 30$
