What's Wrong?

Billing failure with expired credit card generates following misleading error in Claude:

"Your organization has disabled Claude subscription access for Claude Code · Use an Anthropic API key instead, or ask your admin to enable access"

What Should Happen?

The error should indicate that there is a billing error. Ideally, that payment was decline
