[BUG] Dispatch is Stuck, Won't Respond on Mobile or Desktop

What's Wrong?

Dispatch is unusable. It takes in a request, message, whatever, and does nothing.

What Should Happen?

It should... work.

Steps to Reproduce

Use Dispatch. That is it. Nothing will work on Mobile or Desktop.

I have cleared cache and restarted, tried commands, nothing works.
