[BUG] Cowork workspace won't finalize setting up

What's Wrong?

Cowork workspace is stuck in an initialization loop—the progress bar is either fronze at 0% or get stuck at any random %. This started yesterday.

I restarted the app and laptop with no luck.

Using Claude for Windows x64. Version 1.2278.0 (e5213f)

What Should Happen?

Claude should finalize setting up the workspace upon opening.

Error Messages/Logs

No records of errors or specific messages in Window's Event Viewer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the app and click on Cowork
2. Click on a project folder
