What's Wrong?
I just downloaded the desktop version of the newest Claude and it’s stuck on setting up my workspace. I’m operating on windows 11 home.
What Should Happen?
The workspace setup should complete successfully and load the main app interface.

Steps to Reproduce
- Installed the Claude desktop app on Windows 11 Home
- Launched the app
- Observed “Setting up Claude’s workspace” loading screen
- Loading bar stops and never completes
