Credit balance is too low - can't sign in as free account

Bug Description
weird issues trying to login... couldn't pick option one because I am using free account and only allowed me to be max or pro. Thought perhaps I had to be option 2 which made things worse... Wouldn't buy credits so it wouldn't let me properly logout because I have a lack of credits. Tried deleting a folder within .local as per the suggestion of the assistant on the site but to no avial
