Credit balance is too low

Bug Description
No matter what I do I keep getting a error message saying that my "Credit balance too low · Add funds:". I have over $50, on tier 2, and a $500 limit with only seven dollars of spent. the chat seems to think that it is an authentication issue and that it is not using my monthly plan but my API usage. I'm not sure how to pursued
