[Bug] Severe output throttling: extremely slow token generation rates

Bug Description
The speed is heavily throttled, i am not able to get even 50 tokens of output in 15 mins. I spent 1hr 30mins to get only 4k tokens. I am a 200 MAX subsrciption user and I can't get a simple bug fixed in my codebase because its SO SLOW.
