[BUG] Claude Code Extremely Slow

What's Wrong?

With Windows VS Code claude code extension, all day on Feb 7, when prompting something extremely simple, it sometimes takes 10 minutes to respond.

What Should Happen?

It should not take 10 minutes to respond.
