[BUG] claude -p extremely slow

I have tried on different machine and different network environment but the result is same. I saw only one thread talking about JSON stream under -p mode is slow.
So there is nobody else encountering this issue?

Environment

• Platform (select one):
• Anthropic API
• Claude CLI version: 1.0.53 (Claude Code)
• Operating System: Window 10 (with WSL) and Linux ubuntu 6.11.0-1017-gcp (Docker image)
• Terminal: VSCode(Windows), git bash terminal (SSH to linux)

Bug Description

if I use interactive mode it is working perfectly. But if I run claude -p "test", it takes 3 minutes to give result.

Steps to Reproduce

just type claude -p "test" in command line
