Claude Code Rendering Issue in Terminal

What's Wrong?

When I open claude code in Terminal - and the terminal is not set to full size, claude reproduces same output multiple times. This looks very buggy and also weird.

What Should Happen?

Please fix it. a CLI tool should gracefully adapt to any terminal width, not break at smaller sizes. That's a legitimate bug.
