Hey Claude - I just logged out and back in again as we kept having problems with you getting stck and hanging so I have tried this to see if it fixes it. We were in [redacted] and just starting [redacted]. Can you pick up where we left off?

What Claude Actually Did

Claude began searching files for context, got part way through the process and then just stopped. I nudged it after pressing escape and asking if it had hung, tried it again and then it restarted the searches and then said " API Error: Stream idle timeout - partial response received". This has happened in multiple sessions. Since last night, Claude code has been unusable. I have tried everything to fix, but no joy.

Expected Behavior

Functioning claude code.

Files Affected

Everything - its hanging and looping and API is timing out.

Permission Mode

Accept Edits was ON (auto-accepting changes)

Sometimes (intermittent)

This is a global issue with the entire functionality of claude code, not just a single issue.
