[Bug] Excessive token consumption in multi-turn conversations

Bug Description
I'm having an issue with usage limits! I have used 2-3 prompts in one chat to generate 1 code file and it took around 15% of my usage in just a few minutes. this has been happening lately and it's very frustrating. And I'm on a Max Plan.
