[Billing] Gifted subscription disappeared after 4 days instead of lasting 1 month

What's Wrong?

Problem

A gifted subscription purchased on April 3rd disappeared on April 7th,
despite being valid until May 3rd (1 month term).

Steps to reproduce / timeline

1. Friend purchased a gifted Claude subscription on April 3, 2026
2. Subscription was activated and working
3. On April 7, 2026 — subscription vanished with no notification
4. Expected expiry: May 3, 2026

Expected behavior

Subscription remains active for the full 1-month period.

Actual behavior

Subscription deactivated after ~4 days.

Support attempts

• Contacted support — only bot responses received
• Submitted payment receipts and screenshots
• Issue remains unresolved

Impact

User lost access to a paid subscription they did not consume.
Full payment documentation is available upon request.
