What's Wrong?
Problem
A gifted subscription purchased on April 3rd disappeared on April 7th,
despite being valid until May 3rd (1 month term).
Steps to reproduce / timeline
- Friend purchased a gifted Claude subscription on April 3, 2026
- Subscription was activated and working
- On April 7, 2026 — subscription vanished with no notification
- Expected expiry: May 3, 2026
Expected behavior
Subscription remains active for the full 1-month period.
Actual behavior
Subscription deactivated after ~4 days.
Support attempts
- Contacted support — only bot responses received
- Submitted payment receipts and screenshots
- Issue remains unresolved
Impact
User lost access to a paid subscription they did not consume.
Full payment documentation is available upon request.
