[BUG] Gifted subscription expired, stuck state blocks new subscription purchase

What's Wrong?
My gifted Pro subscription (1 month) has expired, but the account is stuck in a broken subscription state that prevents purchasing a new annual Pro plan.
Error message:
“Self-serve Stripe subscription not found”
Current behavior:
∙ Settings > Billing shows an “Adjust plan” button, but clicking it redirects back to the Claude Code main menu without proceeding to checkout
∙ Cannot cancel gifted (expired or bot) subscription
∙ Cannot purchase a new annual Pro plan
∙ Claude Code stopped working with error: “Your organization does not have access to Claude”
What I’ve already tried:
∙ Logged out and back in
∙ Contacted support via chat (Conversation ID: 215473693185955) and email (support@mail.anthropic.com, Conversation ID: 215473737840176)

What Should Happen?
After gifted subscription expires, user should be able to purchase a new subscription normally.

Steps to Reproduce
- Have a gifted Pro subscription expire
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click “Adjust plan” > Pro annual
- Get redirected to main menu instead of checkout
