Ramp MCP missing create_purchase_order tool

Summary

The Ramp MCP integration includes tools for searching, viewing, closing, and reopening purchase orders — but has no tool to create a new purchase order.

Impact

Any workflow where Claude needs to initiate a PO (e.g. allocating spend across vendors for a campaign) is blocked. Users have to leave the Claude interface and create the PO manually in Ramp.

Proposed addition

A create_purchase_order tool that accepts at minimum:

• Vendor(s)
• Amount per vendor
• Total amount
• Description / memo

Current workaround

Create the PO manually at ramp.com.
