What's Wrong?

I was on Claude's free plan. I have never used any illegal or harmful prompts that could trigger Anthropic or any AI platform's terms of service. Then I purchased the Claude Max 5x plan. After purchasing, I sent a few messages like “hi” and “hello”. I also worked on an AI language translator app and made some UI improvements. After that, I went to eat. When I came back, I found that my account had been banned after an automated review.

Note that this was a completely fresh installation of Claude Code. My PC also has a fresh Windows install, and my IP is clean. I have no previous violations on any AI platform. I am deeply frustrated, and I have been waiting for a week now without any response. I also have not received any update on my appeal. They said I would get a response by June 22.

I have all the proof and can provide anything needed to show that I haven’t broken any terms of service or done anything wrong.

What Should Happen?

It should not ban me when i literally haven't used it enough to be able to do a TOS violation or usage policy violation. I literally never posted anything that can violate TOS on anthropic web, cli, code or API.

Pay your hard earned money for Max 5x Subscription.
Let Anthropic Ban you for no reason in a few min.
